I saw someone on TV last week making daub (as in wattle and daub) the old fashioned way. It involved trampling, with bare feet, a mix of mud, manure, hair and something else I forget. He seemed quite unfazed ...
We've had bare feet for mixing mud here, but no manure so far, thank goodness. LOL
