I love these two mosaics of Carmelite Saints at the nearby Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians.
Today the Archbishop was there for a beautiful mass to celebrate the feast as well as the 150th anniversary of the placement of the first cross at Holy Hill.
Frank especially loved seeing the huge procession of priests accompanied by the Knights of Columbus in full regalia.
