This is a touristy (no longer a consecrated Catholic Church) yet beautiful site. The kids enjoyed trying to sketch the lovely and architecturally breathtaking staircase.
An out-and-out miracle? Perhaps not. An answer to prayer? I very much believe so.
We were amazed to discover that the stations of the cross were a match with the life-sized ones at Holy Hill, just up the road from us. We've seen an unpainted, but otherwise matched set in another church nearby. There's a story in there somewhere, but I'm not sure how to uncover it.
